Please consider weather when ordering plants. Winter can kill many plants with shipment. Order heat packs according to temperatures, plants do not like cold weather and will die fast as they are mostly water. It's best to order when temperatures are neutral. Keep in mind, we are in Utah and we have all four seasons here so we recommend spring and fall ordering online or pickup. 
We use USPS and only ship on Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid the plants being held longer over the weekend. We pack very gently and carefully so to protect as best as possible. Please note that plants generally do not like being in the dark for up to a week and some may be wilted or lose leaves from trauma, either upon arrival or up to a week after arrival. Please refrain from repotting, propagating, or other trauma until the plant recovers. You are accepting these terms and accept the risk of these warnings.
